Terms of use for the canopy

1. Who runs the canopy

These terms govern your use of emeraldcanopyclub.com ("Emerald Canopy Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of emeraldcanopyclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may play

Emerald Canopy Club is meant solely for users aged 18 or over, and by using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Canopy coins

• The games are played with virtual coins, and we supply all of them free of charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value; they are neither money, credit nor property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
• No prize with any real-world value is offered, now or later.
• We may at any time adjust or reset coins, levels and features in the canopy.

4. The canopy has no real-money gambling

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted on Emerald Canopy Club, which also carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your canopy account

• Playing needs a free account. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself, and tell us without delay if you find someone else has used your account.
• Your account can be deleted whenever you like from your account page; deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account when it is used to disrupt the canopy, or when we have reason to believe its owner is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account and are not your property; they may be reset.

6. Fair play in the treetops

You must not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Uptime, changes and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Any question about these terms is governed by the law of England and Wales.
